Mulberry Hall Chic was created after painting a few pieces of quality dark wood furniture for my own home. I've always loved creating things and the thought of repurposing furniture and giving it a new lease of life gives me great pleasure. I hate waste and there is no need for it. Friends and family began to ask me for bespoke pieces and Mulberry Hall Chic was born.
I purchased candles in bulk and amongst my purchase were many broken candles and, again rather than throw them away I decided to melt them down and make new candles and by adding fragrances I made wax melts also. This led to me investigating the properties of essential and fragrance oils and this naturally led to natural soaps, creams and skincare.
I try to use natural and recyclable materials to reduce the impact on the environment. The Friendly soap range has great eco credentials. Many of Mulberry Hall Chic's products are organic, and naturally vegan friendly.
During the time that I was launching products on Facebook I was approached by many likeminded people who were making things at home and needed an outlet so, many of the products on my site are made by artisans like myself. I also sell out sourced products to compliment the range of products.
Because most items are handmade I can manufacture to order and if there is any special fragrance you would like to see in the wax melts range or any personalised gifts you would be interested in please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
These days Mulberry Hall Chic is leaning more towards online sales and we supply to the trade in bulk for people who want to create their own melts and soaps etc. but we still supply home customers at the same great prices and in smaller quantities, if required.
Upcycled furniture is so unique that it really needs viewing to appreciate the quality and I encourage buyers to view in the Armthorpe showroom. I will still put new projects on the site though.
I hope you enjoy our products as much as we enjoy making and sourcing them x
